
Introduction: This two-day US Training Center course is available to US military personnel and offers standardized driver instruction and operating experience common to all MRAP style vehicles. The curriculum focuses on operability, vehicle capabilities and limitations, common vehicle characteristics, and safety issues. This is not a course intended to teach tactics or provide tactical driving, nor does it teach any specific vehicle. The course will address the root causes of most MRAP accidents, roll-overs, speed, and braking. It will also address climbing, descending, and controlling the vehicle in steep angles of attack.

Gear: Students are strongly recommended to bring full deployment gear (except weapons) to receive maximum benefit from the course.
Method: This course is a combination of classroom presentation (10%) and practical exercises (90%) using USTC training vehicles on USTC driving tracks and other USTC facilities
Skill Prerequisites: This course is available to U.S. Military personnel and select U.S. Law Enforcement Agency personnel.
