Introduction: This course picks up where basic sniper instruction ends and will take a basic sniper/marksman to the next level of training and proficiency. After a review of the elements of the Basic Sniper course, the course will move into advanced sniper techniques by focusing on longer range engagements, as well as field-craft in both a rural and urban setting. The challenging course of fire was designed to develop advanced sniper tactics and to provide an opportunity to shoot in scenarios developed to challenge the student sniper’s marksmanship skills.
