Law Enforcement Advanced Pistol - 2 Days
Introduction: This course is designed to build on the shooting foundation established in Basic Pistol. The student will develop advanced skills in a variety of tactical shooting situations designed to challenge the student and provide increased confidence in using their handgun in a tactical situation. The following topics will be discussed during the course:

• Safety
• Strong Hand Only
• Disabled Officer Strong hand/Weak hand Shooting
• Low Light Shooting
• Basic House Movements (Door Mechanics)
• Shooting Through Different Mediums
Ammunition Requirements: 1,000 rounds of ammunition.
Gear: Pistol, holster, three magazines (five if not high capacity), magazine holders, flashlight, belt, wraparound eye protection, ear protection, water bottle, rain gear, and weapons cleaning kit.

Duration: 2 days
Course Cost: $395.00 including a certificate of completion. A variety of meal options can be purchased from our on-site dining facility for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bunkhouse lodging is available at the North Carolina campus and may be reserved through your Sales Coordinator. Most items on the gear list may be rented via the application at additional cost or purchased at the Proshop.
