Mentor to the MOI Tashkil Manager
The Contractor shall work directly with the MoI Tashkil Manager with all aspects of developing policy and strategy for the MoI Tashkil Manager. Mentoring objectives shall be identified, tracked, and reported on by the Contractor. New mentoring objectives shall be included through coordination with CSTC-A and the COTR. Initial mentoring objectives shall, at a minimum, include the following:
- Understand the Tashkil Development System
- Develop systems to track changes to Tashkil and to identify items issued against the Tashkil
