Mentor to the Chief of Procurement

The Contractor shall work directly with the Chief of Procurement with all aspects of developing policy and strategy for Procurement. Mentoring objectives shall be identified, tracked, and reported on by the Contractor. New mentoring objectives shall be included through coordination with CSTC-A and the COTR. Initial mentoring objectives shall, at a minimum, include the following:

Coach the ANP in Logistics and Acquisition System expertise to operate independently of outside assistance.
Coach the Procurement Dept leadership to document financial performance systems internal to MoI.
Coach the Procurement Dept to provide accurate and timely documentation of essential records and reports and guide them to be able to independently analyze and improve technical operations rhythm.
