Mentor to the Intelligence Directorate Senior Executive

The Contractor shall work directly with Intelligence Directorate Senior Executive with all aspects of developing policy and strategy for the Senior Executive. Mentoring objectives shall be identified, tracked, and reported on by the Contractor. New mentoring objectives shall be included through coordination with CSTC-A and the COTR. Initial mentoring objectives shall, at a minimum, include the following:

Assist Director of DPI in managing resources/ staff to meet the DM Security and Minister of Interior needs/direct taskings as well as resource Intel support requirements at Regions and below.
Mentor the execution of redesigned/approved MOI intelligence structure(s)
Sustain Intelligence Training Management capacity
Develop system to provide staff updates and guidance
Mentor the Senior Intel Officer management of personnel assignments
Mentor the use of the Intelligence Personnel Management Across MOI
