Mentor to the Director of Afghan National Defense Strategy (ANDS) Coordination
The Contractor shall work directly with Director of ANDS Coordination with all aspects of developing policy and strategy for the ANDS. Mentoring objectives shall be identified, tracked, and reported on by the Contractor. New mentoring objectives shall be included through coordination with CSTC-A and the COTR. Initial mentoring objectives shall, at a minimum, include the following:
- Mentor the development of the ANDS in the context of the MoI overall strategy
- Monitor the planning process
- Mentor the Director to work with all aspects of the MoI to develop and implement policy.
- Policy development and process reorganization activities to ensure the Directorate’s alignment with the overall MoI strategy.
- Monitor activities throughout the Directorate as they relate to over-all strategy development activities and make recommendations for improvements.
