Mentor to the Chief of Training & Education
The Contractor shall work directly with the Chief of Training & Education with all aspects of developing policy and strategy for Training & Education. Mentoring objectives shall be identified, tracked, and reported on by the Contractor. New mentoring objectives shall be included through coordination with CSTC-A and the COTR. Initial mentoring objectives shall, at a minimum, include the following:
- Develop systems to ensure all aspects of MoI training and eructation are integrated to maximize the efficiencies of the MoI training apparatus
- Develop systems to evaluate all areas of MoI training and education
- Develop plans to allow MoI to take over all aspects of training within two years
