Mentor to the Chief of Financial Management (Budget Development)
The Contractor shall work directly with Chief of Financial Management (Budget Development) with all aspects of developing policy and strategy for Budget Development. Mentoring objectives shall be identified, tracked, and reported on by the Contractor. New mentoring objectives shall be included through coordination with CSTC-A and the COTR. Initial mentoring objectives shall, at a minimum, include the following:
- Develop and implement budget formulation processes and procedures
