Mentor to the Chief ANP Personnel Policy Management
The Contractor shall work directly with Chief ANP Personnel Policy Management with all aspects of developing policy and strategy for the ANP Personnel Policy Management. Mentoring objectives shall be identified, tracked, and reported on by the Contractor. New mentoring objectives shall be included through coordination with CSTC-A and the COTR. Initial mentoring objectives shall, at a minimum, include the following:
- Develop personnel policies that provide clear-cut guidance, fair processes, organized tracking systems and streamlined personnel processes
