Mentor to the ABP CSM

The Contractor shall work directly with the CSM of ABP to assist with all aspects of enlisted police officers, their duties and responsibilities, quality of life, and professional military education and development. Mentoring objectives shall be identified, tracked, and reported on by the Contractor. New mentoring objectives shall be included through coordination with CSTC-A and the COTR. Initial mentoring objectives shall, at a minimum, include the following:

  • Begin development of a detailed CSM Academy POI, including training plans, training schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Implement and utilize the NCO Career Path Management Systems.
  • Monitor the managing and tracking of the NCO and soldier schools allocation and utilization.
  • Conduct training assistance visits and assessments at the Corps and Brigade level.
  • Monitor and assess police and NCO training and education programs to include, soldier and NCO issues as they impact on readiness
